**This position is also open to work remotely from anywhere in Mexico****Who is DigitalOnUs?**At DigitalOnUs, we not only provide Agile and DevOps methodologies to our customers, we have adopted the same within the company as well.Our nimble processes are not mired in red tape, yet robust, flexible and result-oriented.We are Software Engineers, Technical Architects, Cloud and DevOps specialists.But the most important, we are dreamers, creators and challengers.Each day, we strive to make great come alive.Our lemma: "work smart and play hard"Our technology partners are Hashicorp, Cloudbees, Chef, Pagerduty, Docker and SAP.We're looking for a **Vendor Master Data coordinator****Relevant skills**:- Having experience with MDG and SAP ERP (Master Data).- Finance, Procurement and/or Supply Chain experience is a plus.- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in influencing, negotiating, and effective global collaboration.- Ability to effectively communicate across various levels of a complex, matrix organisation.- Service orientation mindset to shape a high quality and reliable project delivery service.- Experience in a Business Operations environment is a plus.- Demonstrated ability to successfully direct, coordinate, and strategically integrate multiple streams of information and activities at a program level.- Self-driven, adaptable and resilient, with a growth mindset.**Responsabilities**:- Being an expert in procurement master data including supplier master data concepts, hands-on experience in design.- Implementing data migration strategy, data conversion tools involving multiple (ERP) systems consolidation.- Ensuring that all milestones and deliverables according to the project scope are on time, within the expected quality and satisfaction levels.- Being service oriented in working closely with the customer and being their first point of contact.- Delivering the relevant tasks and projects in accordance with the selected deployment methodology.- Adhering to the standard and/or project specific deployment methodology.- Ensuring compliance with the deployment approach, governance, cost and service level parameters.- Planning and executing process workshops or fit gap sessions together with the Business Process Management and/or other teams together with affiliates, sites or functions.- Coordinating and/or supporting local affiliates in specific areas of the deployments such as the coordination of test phases or data migration support.- Obtaining approval of project delivery by customers and successful handover to RSS operations or other parties.We look for engineers that demonstrate passion for what they do and develop.They must be curious, persistent to find the right solutions to resolve complex problems and able to communicate and express ideas properly.**What you can expect from us**At DigitalOnUs, what distinguishes us from other teams is the comfortable environment which engenders trust within teams and with our customers.Trust and openness leads to quality, innovation, commitment to deliverables, efficiency and cost-effectiveness for all our customers.- Work with some truly remarkable IT engineers, architects, specialists and more.- We're growing at a phenomenal pace and we'd like some company.- Hear your voice, nurture your talent and help you strengthen your foot print- Benefits above the law- Mentorship, and opportunities to grow and learn
