Role: Senior Salesforce Developer Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs / week) Contract Duration: Long Term Work Schedule: 8 hours / day (Mon-Fri) Work Hours: EST Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM Countries) We're seeking a hands‑on Senior Salesforce Developer to support parallel initiatives migrating legacy systems to Salesforce and stabilizing production. You will build modern UI components, integrate services, improve DevOps pipelines, and triage P1 issues quickly to keep the platform reliable during a period of heightened change. What You'll Do Build modern Salesforce front‑end using Lightning Web Components (LWC); LWR experience is a plus Develop and optimize APEX classes, triggers, test suites, and reusable services Design and implement integrations (REST APIs), and Pub / Sub patterns where applicable Partner with architecture to harden solutions for scale, resilience, and security Triage and resolve P1 production issues, owning root cause analysis and preventive fixes Contribute to DevOps workflows; experience with Copado (pipelines, branching, deployments, compliance gates) is a big plus Collaborate across product / engineering to deliver backlog items and special projects on time Required Qualifications 5–7+ years as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments Strong, recent experience with LWC; familiarity with LWR preferred Advanced APEX development (OO patterns, bulkification, governor limits, test coverage) Integration experience (REST, platform events / Pub / Sub, callouts, error handling) Practical DevOps exposure; Copado experience strongly preferred Proven track record triaging priority 1 incidents and communicating clearly under pressure Excellent collaboration and written / verbal communication in English Able to work EST business hours from a nearshore location Nice to Have Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I / II, JavaScript Developer I) Experience supporting legacy system retirement programs and Salesforce cutovers Observability / monitoring tools for Salesforce and integrations #J-18808-Ljbffr
