Talent Acquisition Specialist – Full-Cycle Recruitment & HeadhuntingAbout Club Feast:Club Feast is a fast-growing food-tech startup backed by General Catalyst, helping companies simplify and elevate their corporate meal experience.As we continue expanding across the U.S., we're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead sourcing and recruitment efforts across departments, with a focus on sales, operations, and support roles.About the Role:We're looking for an experienced recruiter with strong headhunting skills and the ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to offer.You'll work closely with hiring managers, identify top talent, and help shape a high-performing, mission-driven team.This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.Key Responsibilities:Source and engage top candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channelsManage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview schedulingConduct candidate screenings and assess alignment with role and cultureCollaborate with hiring managers to align on priorities and hiring plansMaintain and optimize our ATS and recruitment workflowsProvide a great candidate experience from first contact to offerRecommend improvements to our sourcing, outreach, and hiring strategiesWork on onboarding and talent success.What We're Looking For:Fluent English (written and spoken, C1/C2 level)Strong experience in headhunting and proactive sourcing (especially on LinkedIn)Prior experience recruiting for U.S.-based rolesExcellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and deadlines independentlyProficiency in ATS platforms, Google Suite, and SlackRequirements:~ Full-time availability~ Stable internet and professional remote work setup~2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or in-house)What We Offer:Fully remote, full-time roleAutonomy and ownership in a fast-growing startupExposure to cross-functional recruiting across U.S. marketsA collaborative, supportive international teamOpportunities for growth and development
