Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team.The Engineering Manager will lead a talented team of engineers in the development and maintenance of our flagship products.This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving results in a collaborative environment.Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance on technical issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.- Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, scope of work, and project timelines.- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable software solutions.- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and compliance with security and data protection guidelines.- Drive innovation and champion new technologies to enhance product capabilities and improve efficiency.- Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching for career development.- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the engineering team.**Required Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Proven experience (12+ years) in software development, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or management role.- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce/Java/AI ML/ Dot Net/Node JS/React JS etc.- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile/Scrum practices.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on schedule.- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and project details to non-technical stakeholders.- Commitment to professional growth and staying updated with industry trendsand advancements.
