Job Title:Renewal Business AnalystOverview:Blue Yonder is seeking a Renewal Operations Business Analyst to design and produce global reports, dashboards, and analytic models.To work with Blue Yonder's Renewal and Sales organizations, creating and ensuring efficient global business processes with assistance from data analysis insights.An understanding of SaaS process, quota to comp, and measure key business KPI's such as NRR, ARR, attrition trends, forecasting.Scope:Conduct the data analysis necessary to create, automate, and improve business processes.Provide data analytics to optimize knowledge of SaaS revenue streams.Provide data to reflect the key metrics of the Renewals process.Perform necessary analytic research for specific projects, and Renewals organization.Provide project/change management skills to support internal initiatives.What you'll do:- Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.- Support Renewals Team for efficient, consistent, and effective renewals processing.- Help drive renewal best practices.- Extract insights from renewal data and make recommendations to improve results.- Actively engage with Renewal leaders to identify requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time renewals and retention goals.- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving growth.- Provide key data points to measure the success of the SaaS renewals process.- Participate in key Renewal initiatives.What we're looking for:- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.- Experience with key renewals tool - Salesforce & Apptus (plus)- Experience in project & change management.- Familiarity with Renewal processes and concepts.- Familiarity with optimization and forecasting methodologies and concepts.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.Ours unite us.They are what drive our success - and the success of our customers.Does your heart beat like ours?Find out here:Core Values- Diversity, Inclusion, Value & Equality (DIVE)is our strategy for fostering an inclusive environment we can be proud of.Check out Blue Yonder's inauguralDiversity Reportwhich outlines our commitment to change, and ourvideocelebrating the differences in all of us in the words of some of our associates from around the world.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
