**DPX Packaging Operational Graphics Mngr****TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Oversight of 100% BCH artwork creation and print process in support of: site transfers, lines extensions (size / count, flavor), material / component changes, regulatory needs; ensuring business continuity, quality and compliance.Oversee execution of all new graphics innovation changes.- Responsible for oversight and progress of all projects within the digital artwork approval system and library.- Works in tandem with the Graphics Strategic Lead to ensure a clear and efficient development and approval process for all printed components.- Ensuring final print quality & packaging design (through color and print trials).- Delivering compliant artwork management through systems & processes.- Key user initiating new artwork projects (workflow) in system.- Responsible for coordinating the creation of final mechanical artwork in compliance with approved source documentation and packaging specifications.- Graphics timeline gatekeeper for active projects, effectively communicating; timing requirements, project risks, and key deliverables to achieve aligned KPIs.- Project mgt for all business continuity projects, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure timely execution to market.**WHO YOU ARE**- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years' experience, master's degree (or international equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years' experience.- Qualification within graphic design / design management.- Advanced English level is required.- A proven track record in managing graphic design from development to execution, balancing in-depth technical understanding of print processes and materials with a strong understanding of brand and design, delivering consistent effective and efficient design solutions with- notable commercial impact.- Demonstrated ability manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Every other language as an asset.**WHAT WE OFFER YOU**- Hybrid Working Style.- Full-time employment contract.- Attractive benefits package.At Bayer we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.We aim to create an environment in which everybody can feel authentic, respected and equally valued.Every day we strive to reflect our values through our people unique capabilities, self-experiences, and aspirations.We, intentionally seek diversity, to enable our people bring their fullest potential out and encourage others to likewise do so.Our company wins, when we leverage our capabilities to lead the cultural transformation in our business, positively impacting the society.**Application Period**:- 01/31/2025 - 02/11/2025**Reference Code**:- ********Division**:- Consumer Health**Location**:- Mexico : Ciudad de México : Ciudad de México**Functional Area**:- Engineering & Technology**Work Time**:- Full Time**Employment Type**:- Regular**Contact Us****Address****E-Mail**- Ciudad de México, México
