The Strategy Enablement Associate role is an important part of our Product Strategy Enablement team which is responsible for designing, maintaining, and developing compelling storytelling enablement assets for our internal and external customers.This involves working closely with our product development organization including User Experience designers and developers to create enablement assets for Human Capital Management and Supply Chain Management products that showcase the business value of our product capabilities.If you are looking to be challenged, learn new skills, and work in a fast-paced environment, this job may be for you.Here you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, assist teammates, share knowledge, and experience, and learn from them daily.In return, we ask that you are open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism to help improve our processes.We work in a fluid and flexible environment and are looking for someone who can adapt to change quickly.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders and colleagues to:- Stay abreast of our Redwood design development plans to proactively identify and incorporate changes into our key enablement assets.- Participate in discussions on enablement sessions and key UX meetings to be fully aware of deadlines, activities, and priorities.- Help create compelling storytelling assets that demonstrate the business value of our product capabilities today as well as our near-term roadmap capabilities too.- Proactively propose changes to artwork / other visuals to support our key enablement assets to showcase our products and messaging.- Play a supporting role at enablement sessions to help our internal customers understand the value and key messages of new messaging and content.Your role will involve working with different teams in different time zones, so strong time management skills and excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.We are looking for a self-starter who can prioritize tasks and meet important deadlines.If you have a strong collaborative spirit and are ready to align across teams in different time zones, we want to hear from youDesired Skills and Experience- BS or MS in Creative or media related field- Microsoft Tools required - Word / Excel / PPTX- Video editing software skills such as Camtasia- Basic HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, APEX, mobile responsive development and Figma skills are a plus.
