**Fender Musical Instruments Corporation **is a world-famous brand with offices across the globe**.**Fender was born in Southern California and has built a worldwide influence beyond the studio and the stage.A Fender is more than an instrument; it's a cultural symbol that resonates globally.We are searching for a **Temporary H**uman Resources Business Partner **to join our team**.**_ _Perform human resources-related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in Training function and employee recognition programs.**Essential Functions**:- Partner with employees and management to coordinate and communicate training programs.- STPS compliance.- Training rooms managements.- Coffes Break for training coordination.- Budget management.- Facilitate or provide training (including on boarding program).- Participate in employee recognition programs.- Management of new-hire orientations program.- Additional duties as assigned**Qualifications**:- Demonstrate knowledge in Federal and State employment labor laws,- At least 1 year working with STPS compliance in terms of Training.- Management of Office Package,- Management of the Tress System,- Presentation skills,- Knowledge in Manufacturing environments and continuous improvement,- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, Excel spreadsheet and database programs- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage information with utmost integrity,- Must be fluent with verbal and written skills.**About Fender Musical Instruments**:
