Quality Engineer – Electrical Electronic SystemsAre you passionate about driving quality in cutting-edge automotive electrical systems?We are looking for aQuality Engineer (EES)to join our Engineering organization, supporting theProduct Development Process for new vehicle projectsIn this role, you'll serve as the quality representative within the design department, ensuring robust processes for design, integration, and validation of Electrical Electronic (EE) systems — including hardware, software, and mechanical components.Key ResponsibilitiesAlign the Quality Management System (QMS) to Electrical Electronic Systems (EES)Define, formalize, and continuously update engineering and quality design processesTrain and support engineering teams on quality processes and methodologiesDevelop and maintain EES operational schedules and performance monitoringOversee EES design documentation for platforms, modules, and top hatsImplement APQP for parts monitoring and quality assuranceEvaluate the maturity of QMS requirements and support continuous improvementMaintain and update the Engineering Handbook (EHB) for EESProvide expert support on APQP / PPAP Design Approval, and Quality Assurance methodologiesCoach cross-functional teams to strengthen internal capabilities in QA processesContribute to change management and enhance serial production robustnessQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar quality engineering roleAdvanced English proficiency (written and spoken)Mandatory experience with electrical components (Applications lacking this will not be considered)Additional DetailsLocation: Remote (Candidates must reside in Mexico and be legally authorized to work in the country)Work type: Full-time#J-*****-Ljbffr
