Team Overview We are seeking a senior Fintech Compliance Officer to provide compliance consulting and advice for our financial technology company, ensuring that our business is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Role Responsibilities Oversee the company's compliance policies and procedures to ensure that the company's business complies with domestic and international regulatory requirements. Analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and standards to provide compliance consulting and advice for the company's business. Develop and update the company's compliance policies and procedures to ensure that they comply with the latest laws, regulations, and standards. Work with business units to ensure that they understand and comply with the company's compliance policies and procedures. Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and establish and implement measures to address identified risks. Monitor and report on the company's compliance risks, and take action to address risks and non-compliant behavior. Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to ensure that the company complies with regulatory requirements. Oversee the company's anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing efforts to ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Manage the company's compliance training program to ensure that employees understand the company's compliance policies and procedures. Role Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Law, Finance, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with experience in Fintech compliance preferred. Familiarity with domestic and international financial regulatory laws and standards, with good legal literacy. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, employees, and regulatory agencies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions and take action. Team player with the ability to work effectively with other departments to achieve common goals. Professional knowledge and experience in anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing. Previous experience in compliance training and management preferred.
