Manufacturing EngineerInternal Job Code:Zip Code for radius search: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, MexicoAbout Methode Electronics Inc.Description:Methode Electronics is looking for a highly technical, hands-on, and motivated Manufacturing Engineer responsible for support the integrity and quality of the components manufactured throughout the entire value chain from the point of production to the end customer for the North American Automotive Division.This position supports all departments in our Monterrey area plants with the following responsibilities and qualifications:Position Responsibilities:Ensure processes without security risks.Supervise the scrap report and execute actions to improve the metric.Execute actions to improve the quality metric (YIELD) internal and external PPM's.Ensure Reverse PFMEA compliance with the cross-functional team.Supervise the execution of corrective maintenance orders.Ensure the improvement and maintenance of production processes.Ensure compliance with the ISO IATF *****:**** and ISO *****:**** guidelines.Execute at least 4 waste reduction projects monthly (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, VSM, SMED, etc.).Required Qualifications:- Wide and demonstrable technical knowledge as Manufacturing Engineer - At least 5 years of experience.- Highly motivated Engineer, that understand Automotive Manufacturing Process.- Good command of English, or above (can communicate in English).Technical English is a must.Methode Electronics, Inc is an Equal Opportunity EmployerMethode Electronics es una empresa que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.Evaluamos a los solicitantes calificados sin tener en cuenta la raza, el color, la religión, el sexo, la orientación sexual, la identidad de género, el origen nacional, la discapacidad, la información genética y otras características protegidas por la ley.
