The Maintenance & Engineering Manager is responsible to drive, manage, and sustain performance activities to meet site performance improvement objectives for the plant.He or she identifies and escalates problems proactively.The Maintenance & Engineering Manager will track results, pushing for execution of improvement projects, initiate focused projects based on maintenance trends, and participating in process improvement initiatives.- Engineer degree in mechanics, electronics, electromechanics or similar- +6 years of experience in similar or related positions in production plants or linear processes- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM or process efficiency or maintenance management methodologies.- Good handling of Microsoft office system- Good handling of SAP system- Proficient in English- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills- Effective time management skillsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $90,****** - $110,****** al mesBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Teléfono de la empresa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
