Job Responsibilities- **Client Reception and Guided Tour**:- Professionally and enthusiastically greet domestic and international clients, arrange showroom tours, introduce products, and provide detailed explanations of the furniture features, ensuring a high-quality business reception experience.- **Information Recording and Feedback**:- Accurately record client visit information, organize and analyze data, and submit suggestions for service optimization.- **Showroom Maintenance and Management**:- Daily inspection of the showroom environment and exhibit condition, adjusting layouts, managing materials, including exhibit borrowing and inventory checks.- **Event Support**:- Actively participate in and support various promotional events and marketing plans within the showroom.- **Cross-departmental Collaboration**:- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth client reception and event execution.- **Other Tasks**:- Complete other business reception and showroom management-related tasks assigned by superiors.Job Requirements- **Language Proficiency**:- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, capable of fluently expressing product features and advantages.- **Professional Skills**:- Proficient in MS Office software, with the ability to write reports and analytical documents.- **Personal Appearance and Etiquette**:- Neat appearance and professional demeanor, with excellent customer service awareness and communication skills.- **Comprehensive Abilities**:- Strong organizational and coordination abilities, able to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong learning ability and adaptability.- **Teamwork**:- Skilled in collaborating with different teams to ensure the smooth execution of client receptions and business activities.Preferred Qualifications- Experience in the furniture industry or showroom operations is preferred.- Relevant experience in customer service or business reception is a plus.Salary and Benefits- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Comprehensive social insurance and housing fund (IMSS and INFONAVIT).- Paid annual leave and statutory holiday benefits.- Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo).- Regular professional training and career development opportunities.- Meal and transportation subsidies.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Responsabilidades del Puesto- **Recepción de Clientes y Recorridos Guiados**:- Recibir a los clientes nacionales e internacionales de manera profesional y entusiasta, organizar recorridos por la sala de exposición, presentar los productos y proporcionar explicaciones detalladas sobre las características del mobiliario, asegurando una experiência de recepción empresarial de alta calidad.- **Registro de Información y Retroalimentación**:- Registrar con precisión la información de la visita de los clientes, organizar y analizar los datos, y presentar sugerencias para la optimización del servicio.- **Mantenimiento y Gestión de la Sala de Exposiciones**:- Inspeccionar diariamente el estado del ambiente de la sala de exposiciones y de los productos, ajustar la distribución, gestionar los materiales, incluyendo el préstamo de productos y el inventario.- **Soporte en Eventos**:- Participar activamente y brindar apoyo en las diversas actividades promocionales y planes de marketing dentro de la sala de exposiciones.- **Colaboración Interdepartamental**:- Colaborar con los departamentos de marketing, ventas y otros departamentos relevantes para asegurar la correcta ejecución de la recepción de clientes y las actividades.- **Otras Tareas**:- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con la recepción de clientes y la gestión de la sala de exposiciones asignadas por los superiores.Requisitos del Puesto- **Competencia Idiomática**:- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación en inglés y español, capaz de expresar fluidamente las características y ventajas de los productos.- **Habilidades Profesionales**:- Dominio de MS Office, con la capacidad de redactar informes y documentos analíticos.- **Apariencia y Etiqueta**:- Buena presencia y comportamiento profesional, con una excelente conciencia de servicio al cliente y habilidades de comunicación.- **Capacidades Combinadas**:- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de coordinación, capaz de completar tareas de manera eficiente en un entorno de ritmo rápido, con una fuerte capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptabilidad.- **Trabajo en Equipo**:- Habilidad para colaborar con diferentes equipos, garantizando el éxito en la recepción de clientes y la ejecución de actividades empresariales.Cualificaciones Preferidas- Se prefiere experiência en la industria del mobiliario o en la operación de salas de exposiciones.- Se valora experiência en servicio al cliente o recepción empresarial.Salario y Benefi
