Full-timeCompensation: MXN 15,000 - MXN 18,000 - monthlyCompany DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Data Enrichment Coordinator to join our Mexico office.In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining a world-class marketing and sales database by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of our contact and firmographic data.Your work will directly fuel the efficiency and effectiveness of our go-to-market (GTM) strategies by enabling sales and marketing teams to focus more on engaging customers and less on manual research.This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in sales operations, marketing operations, or business development while gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and data-driven processes.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesEnrich and maintain contact and account data, including firmographic information such as industry, size, and parent/child account hierarchies.Review event and campaign lists to ensure all available contact information is fully captured in the marketing database.Conduct targeted outbound calls to accounts to validate or gather missing contact details.Input, update, and manage records in Salesforce.Com and other marketing/sales tools.Collaborate with marketing operations, revops and sales (BDRs, ARSMs, RSMs, Strategic Reps) to reduce their manual research burden, enabling them to maximize selling time.Support ongoing data quality initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement.QualificationsQualificationsBachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).1–3 years of experience in a data-driven, administrative, sales support, or marketing support role.Strong proficiency with Salesforce.Com and other common online business tools (e.G., ZoomInfo, Hubspot or similar platforms)Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of data.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); bilingual English/Spanish is mandatoryWhat We're Looking ForCuriosity and drive – You're motivated to dig into details, solve problems, and continuously improve processes.Results-oriented mindset – You like to get things done, not just check the box.Adaptability – You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.Team player – You collaborate well with peers across sales, marketing, and operationsAdditional InformationThis role is designed as a launchpad into Sales Operations or Marketing Operations.As you develop expertise in data management, systems, and GTM strategy support, you'll have opportunities to grow into more advanced roles that shape the future of our sales and marketing infrastructure.Career Growth:Strong development opportunities with clear paths for advancement.Healthcare Coverage:Paid major medical insurance expenses.Savings Plan:Access to a Caja de Ahorro program.Free Meals & Snacks:Enjoy complimentary breakfast, lunch, drinks, and snacks daily.Wellness Perks:In-office health department and discounted access to gyms and fitness studios with TotalPass.Job Location#J-*****-Ljbffr
