BU SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESS & SYSTEMS PROFESSIONAL -Maintains and validates master data in TMS (carrier profiles, user profiles, routings, rates, locations etc)Maintains business rules between Plant Operations and TCT according to functional requirementsProvides support for complex and critical operational tasks,Act as first line support for TMS usersProvides training for new users as well refreshment training for the TCC team if needed,Participates in User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for new TMS features and configurations,Validates outcomes and support go-live activities during the rollouts and upgrades,Identifies pain points and inefficiencies in TMS workflow and implements relevant process and configuration changes accordinglyCollaborates with TCC & Plants Operations, IT team, TMS Editors on prioritization and executes enhancements,Checks master data quality and corrects inaccurate or missing information in the system,Works with Master Data Stewards on MD improvements with and for the Plants and Technical Competency Center #J-18808-Ljbffr
