Job Title : Toolmaker TechnicianOur team seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Toolmaker Technician to join our production department.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fabricating, maintaining, and repairing precision tools, dies, and molds used in the extrusion process.Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate, assemble, and repair extrusion dies, molds, and related tooling with precision.Setup, operate, and maintain manual and CNC machining equipment, including lathes, grinders, and milling machines.Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools to ensure accuracy.Maintain accurate records of tooling maintenance, repairs, and modifications, and preventive maintenance schedules.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.5 years of experience in production planning, materials coordination, or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of MRP systems, inventory control, and procurement processes.Proficient in ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.Working ConditionsThis role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal teams.About UsWe are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth and development.#J-*****-Ljbffr
