This role requires strong coordination, system expertise, and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional partners. Key Responsibilities Lead packaging and artwork change management for assigned products Drive end-to-end change control, ensuring accuracy and compliance Align with cross-functional teams (QA, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Artwork, Plants) to meet lead time requirements Maintain strong understanding of internal systems, workflows, and process landscapes Participate in system / process implementation discussions and support continuous improvement Ensure documentation accuracy, version control, and timely approvals Qualifications Experience in packaging specifications, artwork, or change management Strong understanding of packaging materials, specifications, and documentation Knowledge of workflows, PLM / Change Control systems, or similar digital tools Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment (preferred: pharma, consumer goods, or FMCG) Location This opportunity is open only to Mexico nationals.
