Finance Analyst – AUMOVIO AUMOVIO is an independent technology and electronics company, spun‑off in September 2025 from the former Continental group sector Automotive. Responsibilities Understand the structure of cost centers to optimize processing. Run processes to send cost‑center information to financial statements. Capitalize fixed‑asset invoices and generate depreciation. Calculate depreciation of fixed assets allowing the recognition of the present value (budget, actuals, FC). Tag fixed assets according to guidelines and comply with tax requirements. Generate reports to control vendor tooling reimbursements. Analyze other income charges, determine origin and classify under corresponding headings. Execute physical inventory of fixed assets per corporate guidelines. Load expenses defined in the budget process by area for control (RPE). Load inherent investments into the corporate system (GPA) to reach the budget. Create a database and load the system with annual investment per department for the annual budget. Monitor investments and RPE to ensure amounts do not exceed the budget and approve accordingly. Load investments into SAP to make them visible to other plant departments (Project System). Monitor customer tooling and advise recoveries according to PPAP time. Provide guidance to employees for preparing investment requisitions, electronic capital requests, and disposal requests. Review and approve investment requisitions in the system (CEOS). Monitor balance‑sheet inputs. Accrual analysis (planning, actual, forecast). AOA analysis (planning, actual, forecast). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications. Knowledge of SAP (FICO). Goal‑oriented team player with a proactive and problem‑solving mindset.
