Senior Program Manager, Affordability, Payments

5+ years of relevant program management experience with a proven track record in working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcome.- Strong data management and analytical skills- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery with cross functional team, manage program metrics, and communicating results to senior leadership.- Experience in external partner relations/ business development and negotiations- Degree: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.- Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, with ability to present in a clear and concise manner.- Fast learner: Ability to learn Amazon's internal tools rapidly with limited supervision- Stakeholder management: Ability to align various stakeholders by exercising influence & leadership over authority- Ownership & tenacity: Strong bias for action and ability to execute despite resource constraints.- Excellent operator: Proficiency in managing multiple competing priorities independently in an ambiguous environment with strategic thinking and methodological execution.- Results-oriented: Proven track record of on-time project/program delivery for large, cross-functional projects.Job summaryDo you want to work at a fintech startup but within the support systems of a large technology company?Amazon is expanding its payments business in Mexico with the ambition to deliver the world's best-in-class customer experience and product solutions.We believe we are in a unique position to serve our customers with exceptional value due to our deep understanding and insights about our customers, supported by our data-grounded analytics and customer-focused approach to building products.The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:- Create the strategy for product adoption and ongoing improvements to the product functionality and customer experience- Lead external partner relations: Manage partner performance and customer experience, set objectives and success criteria, and drive towards operational excellence.- Create the strategy and mechanisms for moving from manual monitoring to scalable, automated processes and reporting- Lead the day to day operations: Assess and manage risks, monitor and report on progress with actionable insights, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, and provide escalation management.- Experience working with tech development teams on large and complex programs.- Strong analytical skills such as proficiency with SQL or comparable relational databases.- Additional Program Management or Project Management Experience
