At Pentair, you will work alongside passionate problem-solvers who are committed to the future of our planet.We put our purpose into practice, helping people sustainably move, improve, and enjoy water, life's most essential resource.From our residential and commercial water solutions to industrial water management and everything in between, our 9,750 global employees serve customers in more than 150 countries, working to help improve lives and the environment around the world.We have an opportunity for a Imp/Exp Coordinator, to join our Monterrey team.You will be responsible for the legal import and export of raw materials, fixed assets, tools, and other goods, complying with the legal requirements of the Mexican authorities to avoid penalties and fines.You Will:Ensure the efficient and timely dispatch of goods shipped to and from Mexico.Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all daily import and export operations.Upload invoices and import and export declarations into the I Xport system to keep it up to date.Responsible for maintaining complete documentation of operationsTimely compliance with applicable ISO-****:**** standards.Timely compliance with applicable CTPAT and AEO certification standards.Ensure that the staff under your responsibility develop the necessary skills to ensure product quality and delivery times.Promote a culture of safety and actively participate in activities that tend to improve working conditions at the plant.Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related fieldProven experience in an import/export or logistics role.Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.Ability to work under supervision and handle low-complexity trials.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standardBilingual – RequiredEqual Opportunity Employer
