We are looking for a proactive, committed, and highly responsible Strategic Buyer to join our Supply Chain team in Mexico City.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute sourcing and procurement strategies across a defined group of commodities.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on business needs and objectives.Develop and implement sourcing strategies under the guidance of the Supply Chain Manager.Take full ownership of procurement activities for assigned purchases.Execute complex buying strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Proactively identify and resolve supplier issues related to delivery, quality, and invoicing.Analyze purchase requisitions and supply plans for both domestic and international sourcing.Create and manage RFQs and identify or develop new supplier sources as required.Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and quality expectations with suppliers.Monitor market trends and conditions to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.Perform value analysis and lead cost-saving initiatives.Act as a change agent within the organization to support strategic goals.Continuously monitor supplier performance and conduct regular business reviews to drive improvement and ensure alignment with expectations.RequirementsAdvanced English proficiency (spoken and written).Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.Focus on continuous improvement and value analysis.Understanding of both local and international supply markets.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
