Descripción Cognodata, empresa líder en el sector Customer Science, Customer Experience y Advanced Analytics, requiere un Head Data Scientist & Analytics para el sector Retail que colabore en proyectos de México y España. Responsabilidades Gestionar un proyecto de analítica avanzada en una cadena de supermercados con personal a cargo 5-10 personas. Desarrollo de casos de uso, basados en analítica predictiva y prescriptiva con los clientes de la cadena de supermercados. Identificar insights en relación al Programa de Lealtad. Identificar nuevas oportunidades en el cliente que permita aumentar el negocio en la cuenta. Elaboración de presentaciones ejecutivas de planificación, ejecución y medición de campañas del área a alta dirección. Generación de insights de alto valor para las principales marcas y proveedores del retail. Requisitos Conocimientos indispensables Experiência mínima de 5 años en posiciones de analítica avanzada (Manager o Head). Experiência en posiciones de liderazgo de equipos de analítica. Python, SQL, R. Herramientas de BI. Alto conocimiento de Excel y PowerPoint. Inglés intermedio. Conocimientos deseable Muy valorable experiência en consultoría de CRM dentro de retail. Formación Académica Lic. en Matemáticas Aplicadas y Computación, Actuario, Ing. Industrial, Ing. en Sistemas y Tecnologías de Información, Ing. Tecnologías Computacionales, Lic Económicas.
