Descripción y detalle de las actividadesServe as the primary authority in the plant during the second shift, overseeing Production, Warehouse, Quality, andMaintenance operations.Ensure disciplined execution of the production plan in SMT, PTH, and Final Assembly, achieving output, quality, and efficiency targets.Lead and coordinate operational staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and promoting a positive work environment.Ensure accurate production recording and material consumption in ERP and MES systems, including serial number tracking and routing adherence.Oversee and support Warehouse operations (material receipt, staging, and returns) and Quality activities (in-process inspections, release approvals).Coordinate and escalate Maintenance issues to minimize equipment downtime.Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing practices such as 5S, Standard Work, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.Track and report shift performance metrics, including production output, scrap, rework, quality incidents, and downtime.Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations throughout the shift.Experiência y requisitosTechnical or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT, PTH, or Final Assembly).Knowledge of ERP and MES systems, with practical experience in production and material tracking.Understanding of ISO ***** quality standards and IPC-A-610 / IPC-J-STD criteria.Proven leadership experience managing production teams in a manufacturing environment.Basic knowledge of Warehouse, Quality, and Maintenance functions (preferred).Availability to work night shift 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM under a 3x4 rotation schedule.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- servicios médicos en planta**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Producción/Manufactura**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Nocturno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- 3x4**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
