Accounts Receivable ManagerWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – Accounts Receivable (Cash & Collections) to lead and optimize our AR operations across multiple business streams.This role requires deep expertise in Billings, cash application, collections, and team leadership, with a strong focus on data analytics and process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead AR operations for cash application and collections across multiple regions.Manage large teams handling cash posting, collections, and dispute resolution.Drive process improvements and automation initiatives using SAP, HighRadius & Power BI.Oversee real estate, advertising, and retail collections portfolios.Generate and analyze SAP reports, perform SQL queries, and deliver actionable insights.Ensure timely and accurate cash posting and reconciliation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex collection issues.Develop KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring and reporting.Required Skills & QualificationsYears of experience in Accounts Receivable – Cash & Collections.Hands-on experience with SAP, HighRadius, Power-BI, and SQL.Proven ability to generate SAP reports and perform advanced data analysis.Strong leadership experience managing large AR teams.Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.Experience in real estate, advertising, and retail collections preferred.Advanced data analytics and reporting skills.EducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.MBA or equivalent preferred.Industry-specific AR certifications are preferred but not mandatory.This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in accounts receivable management and drive significant business value through process improvements and strategic decision-making.As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our organization's financial performance and contribute to our ongoing success.The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in accounts receivable management, including experience with SAP, HighRadius, and Power BI.Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.If you are a motivated and results-driven professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.#J-*****-Ljbffr
