DESCRIPTIONProgram Manager - LATAM SX & ComplianceAre you looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, innovative company?Come make history in Amazon's LATAM Seller Experience teamWe are looking for talented Program Managers for Amazon Marketplace.Amazon strives to be Earth's most customer-centric company, where people can find and discover virtually anything they want to buy online.Over 2 million Sellers in 10 countries list their products for sale on the Amazon Marketplace.Sellers are a critical part of Amazon's ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth's largest selection and lowest prices.The key responsibilities for the role include:- Owning, maintaining and driving the seller experience with key local and global stakeholders such as business, tax, legal, accounting, operations and tech.- Provide inputs to product roadmaps based on your program insights and identified issues.- Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure product features are delivering at the right quality at the right time.- Promoting data-driving decision making throughout the team.- Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders.- Gain support for your initiatives from stakeholders by using data and writing clear narratives, influencing peers and leadership.- Creating goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.- Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers- 4+ years of experience managing programs, including overseeing key metrics, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.- English proficiency: Advanced (written and spoken)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years experience in Tax, specifically in Mexico
