The IAC Group is a dynamic, high energy environment, so we are naturally looking for an associate who is a relationship builder, an excellent analytical thinker, intuitive to business needs, and someone who can communicate effectively in challenging situations by creating scenarios.in which everyone wins.We are looking for passionate and talented people who want to build a successful career as: Quality Engineer**General description**:Develops and implements programs to assess and improve the quality of products, components, materials and/or operations.Creates policies and processes including standard procedures (e.g. quality audits/review, Taguchi methods, process reengineering, etc.).Performs inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products.Conducts quality control (QC) inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc., at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards.Performs product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects and failure rates.**Responsibilities**:- Direct contact with clients to provide service and attention to quality problems and specific requests.- Information on the voice of the client, report, monitoring of indicators (PPM, WC, etc.) and action plans to get objectives.- Protection of the customer and stoppage of the production line if the products do not get the requirements.- Supervision of the supervisor / quality / color auditor, ensure that they get the quality objectives of this position, performance evaluation and training.- Management of customer complaints: internal system registration, alert, containment, problem analysis with multidisciplinary team, implementation of permanent actions, update of Control Plan and Quality Documents- Adjusting dyes both internally and externally (supplier)- Release of documentation for new projects (AAR's)- Audit of Control Plans, Processes, PFMEA, Pokayokes and Quality Standards.- Establishment and maintenance of Boundary samples, Red Rabbits and Quality Criteria.- Follow-up, participation and co-checking of the Fast Response of plant and line.- Response and follow-up to complaints from internal and external clients in the QTS, SQTS systems and customer portals.Ensure quality in the Launches of New Programs: Implementation of Safe Launch Plan, approval of boundary samples.- Active participation in the quality, safety and environmental certification systems applicable to the operation.- Establish and give training to the personnel in charge of specifications, drawings and quality criteria.- Review the client systems to evaluate the level of customer satisfaction established in the score cards, keep the plant informed in said results.- Develop and implement control plans and inspection instruction sheets.- Make sure that the laboratory tests established for each product are carried out to ensure the quality of the product.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering or similar)- 5 years' experience as Quality Engineer in manufacturing industries.- Advance English (Writing, Speaking)- Core Tools knowledge**Location**:Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.MX.
