We are seeking a seasoned procurement expert to join our team as Procurement Associate Manager.As a key member of our organization, you will oversee spend and develop strategies for current and upcoming projects.This strategic role requires strong leadership skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and expertise in supplier innovation and sourcing.Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, supplier evaluation, cost optimization, and contract management.You will also lead the creation and evaluation of productivity project pipelines, manage cash flow benefits, and enable supplier development.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to drive business transformation and elevate procurement impact.- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on procurement or sourcing roles.- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.- Strong command of digital tools, including spend management platforms, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Familiarity with market intelligence platforms such as BEROE, RAINTEC, and SIRTUO.- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable strategies.- Demonstrated negotiation expertise, with a track record of delivering measurable value.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.If you have what it takes to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.As a valued member of our organization, you can expect:- Ongoing learning and development opportunities.- A comprehensive range of programs to enhance your leadership and technical skills.
