Are you ready to build something meaningful?- **Take flight at Birdman**As our Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager, you will have the opportunity to help us grow and strengthen our brand by developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and managing our eCommerce platforms and will lead, plan and execute the short and long-term strategy for our D2C and marketplace sales channels as well as for Birdman's Performance Marketing vertical in Mexico, USA and new geographies.Your role will be instrumental in driving online sales and creating an outstanding customer experience.You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams, as well as external partners to develop and execute strategies to increase Birdman's online visibility and profitability.You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing all aspects of our digital presence.If you have a passion for healthy and sustainable food and a creative and strategic mindset, we would love to hear from you**Responsibilities**:- Top of the Funnel, Middle of the Funnel and Bottom of the Funnel- Create and manage budgets for all digital marketing and eCommerce campaigns- Manage and optimize Birdman's eCommerce platforms (Marketplaces, eRetailers, D2C Store), ensuring that all products and services are accurately represented, and that users have a seamless online experience.- P&L management.- Sales operations: inventory management, fullfilment, returns, customer service.- Develop and execute promotions and campaigns to drive traffic and sales, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.- Analyze and report on performance metrics, including key website and sales KPIs, and use data to optimize strategies and tactics.- Conversion and retention optimization: listing SEO, content optimization, review management.- Collaborate with external partners, including agencies and clients, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and adapt digital marketing strategies accordingly.**Requirements**:**Basic qualifications (must-haves)**:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and eCommerce, preferably in the food and beverages industry.- Experience with online store management and optimization, including SEO, UX optimization, and A/B testing.Preferably with Shopify.- Proven work experience as an account manager for Amazon, Mercado Libre, etc.- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition- Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook, Instagram.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills in English and Spanish.- Resourceful, entrepreneurially spirited, with strong business acumen and a problem-solving attitude**Desired qualifications (nice-to-haves)**:- MBA or master's degree in a related field- Proven experience as a PPC Manager.- Knowledge of Amazon Advertising and related tools such as Helium 10, Junglescout and Perpetua.- Experience implementing marketing automation and customer service platforms.- Advanced Knowledge of Excel, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, SAS)- A passion for healthy and sustainable food and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment and society.**Benefits****Birdman Highlights**:- An inclusive and collaborative environment where all ideas are welcome, iteration is encouraged, and the best ideas are adopted- Competitive compensation + variable incentives- Generous time off to take time away from work and recharge**The Company**Birdman is a plant-based food company that aims to be a leader in healthier, sustainable and more conscious consumption habits and lifestyles.We develop innovative plant-based foods that are nutritious, sustainable, and delicious, with a smaller environmental footprint.We are committed to being agents of change in the food industry, and we are looking for a Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager to join our team.
