Jarvio is the agentic workflow automation platform powering eCommerce brands. Think Cursor meets N8N, custom fit to the data-heavy eCommerce industry. We're building out our Mexico City hub and you will be on site as one of our founding engineers. As a Founding Design Engineer at Jarvio, you'll own the craft of making complex automation powerful yet intuitive. You'll design and build the drag-and-drop workflow builder, craft agentic frontends that adapt to customer needs, and rethink how SaaS products are structured — moving away from endless menus and screens towards a more fluid, intelligent interface. You'll also help shape our agentic chat experience, where users interact naturally with their data and workflows. We\'re building the system of intelligence for eCommerce brands — starting with Amazon. Our platform combines AI, automation, and workflows to help brands grow faster without scaling headcount. Jarvio is backed with $1.8m in funding by leading investors including Accel, Baseline VC, Darius Cubed, Enterprise Ireland & NDRC, as well as senior executives from Amazon, Meta, Target, MongoDB, and Wayflyer. This is a rare opportunity to join as a founding engineer, shape the entire user experience, and redefine how thousands of brands interact with automation.ResponsibilitiesBuild and ship React/TypeScript features across the platform.Design and implement the drag-and-drop workflow builder for creating unlimited automation flows.Develop agentic frontends that adapt to customer needs, with custom components for different use cases.Help build the agentic chat interface, ensuring a seamless blend between conversational AI and structured workflows.Implement polished UI patterns: optimistic updates, skeleton states, error handling, and performance-first design.Collaborate closely with backend engineers on API contracts and system design.Qualifications3+ years of experience in frontend engineering.Strong expertise in React and modern state/data-fetching patterns (React Query, Zustand, etc.).Deep understanding of UX and product design - able to translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences.Experience building interactive interfaces (e.g. workflow canvases, drag-and-drop builders, or no-code tools).Startup-ready: comfortable owning features end-to-end and working in fast-moving environments.Why Join UsAt Jarvio, you\'ll have the opportunity to: Redefine SaaS UX: create agentic frontends that adapt to users instead of forcing them through endless screens.Craft automation experiences: design the drag-and-drop builder and custom components that make workflows accessible to all.Build the future of interfaces: combine conversational AI with flexible UI for a new evolution of SaaS.Be a founding team member: set the design culture and product experience from the ground up in Mexico City. #J-18808-Ljbffr
