Job responsibilities Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and problems in Java applications (back‑end and front‑end, if applicable). Monitor application performance and availability. Manage support tickets through tools such as ServiceNow, as well as proprietary management tools. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document solutions. Escalate complex issues to development teams (Level 3) with the necessary information. Support functional or technical testing during deployments or changes. Participate in continuous improvement, automation, or process documentation activities. Generate metrics based on reports and KPIs. Work as a team to ensure the efficient operation of Device Management. Use tools and methodologies for continuous improvement. Technical Skills Intermediate knowledge of languages: .NET (C#, C++, Python) Java PHP MS SharePoint Power BI Desirable skills Experience with APIs, Web Services (SOAP, REST) Working with middleware servers such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss/WildFly, WebLogic, etc. SQL database knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and query execution. Design patterns (MVC) Intermediate operating system skills in Windows, Linux/Unix (navigation, logs, basic commands). Basic version control using Git.
