Please read before applying.This is a position that requires several things, including previous job experience as well as being fully bilingual in Spanish and English (Read, Write and Speak)We are a law firm that represents injured workers.We were named one of the 100 fastest growing companies in the Bay Area, in the top **** Fastest growing companies in the U.S. and number 36 on the list of fastest growing law firms in the countryRecently nominated for Inc.Magazine Best Workplaces in America.We have an immediate opening for a Remote English-Speaking Receptionistto join our team.Requirements:English fluency, able to read, write and speak with complete ease and near perfectionThis position is work from home and requires you to have reliable high-speed internet and a reliable computerAbility to work California hours and United States holidays (you will receive paid time off for U.S. Holidays but will need to work during Colombian holidays).Relevant experience in customer service of phone reception is required.Experience in a legal setting is preferred, but not required.Professionalism: A dedication to your own personal growth and the growth of your team is essential to the success of this position.This position deals with people going through lawsuits due to injury from work - empathy and caring for your fellow human beings is essential to the success of the position.Must be accountable, responsible and take ownership over their work and the quality of their work.Must be willing to learn new things - or old things in a new way.Duties:Answering a VOIP phone system for a US law firm in English and SpanishExcellent customer service skills and professionalismForwarding phone callsCommunicating with team members and coworkers using Teams and Office 365Scheduling online appointments and recording messagesDrafting emailsOur receptionists spend most of their day on the phones and interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and court personnel.The bullet point list above is not intended to be an exhaustive list of activities and duties of the position.You must be reliable, punctual, have a great attitude and able to start immediately.Must be willing to submit to background checks and other screenings.
