**QUALIFICATIONS****_Education_**- Grade 12 or equivalent- PC knowledge**_Experience: _**- Good knowledge of AS400 and PC environment- Windows, Word Perfect, Excel- Knowledge of Infor Auto Release Pkg- Automotive background**_Skills: _**- Good communication (oral and written)**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:**_General: _**- Responsible for ensuring that all OEM's requirements are properly interfaced or entered- Control of all customer orders, manual or EDI- Monitor cum reports issued from receipt of EDI- Control of all File Maintenance in AutoRelease Pkg.- **Quality System**_:- Dedicated to service excellence with both external and internal customers**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Infor Auto Release Pkg-Electronic Data Interchange Functions- File maintenance of all functions used in the Auto Release Pkg.- Setup parts files to interface to MRP, for shipping, and ASN files.- Setup custom files for all departments at KSR/DIC (intercompany).- Monitor all EDI received during the day which will update to KSR MRP system.Check for errors before the EDI is released to all plants- Monitor cum reports from OEM to make sure OEM cum matches KSR cum.Send all cum discrepancies to Plant Production to resolve cum issues.- Make manual adjustments to cums based on information from the Plant Production department- Manual input of OEM purchase orders and prototype orders to update Orders to Infor Auto Release Pkg which will update the MRP system.- Assist the plant to resolve issues with rejected ASN's, issues with price missing, issues with shipping missing parts/requirements- Assist with running Query's for shipping history or requirements history when requiredTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horasIdioma:- INGLES (Obligatorio)
