The role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise to navigate challenges, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive innovation. The role is responsible for defining the overall approach and architecture, driving overall quality plan and ensuring the on-time delivery and escalation, as necessary. **Responsibilities** • Leads portions of the planning and execution of multiple complex technical projects or programs in support of the continuing evolution of the organization's software products. • Develops software roadmaps based on product and technical requirements and business needs. • Partners with cross-functional software development teams to help them prioritize, plan, track and execute complex, cross organizational programs. • Performs program analysis, manages risk, identifies and influences necessary course corrections. • Continuously assesses and improves the processes that comprise the software development lifecycle. • Manages risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality of highly visible, complex programs. • Provides technical leadership and guidance to ensure that solutions meet quality and performance standards. • Communicates project status, progress, and challenges through regular reporting and presentations to leadership. • Encourages innovation within project teams and facilitate the exploration of new technologies and solutions. • Ensures that all stakeholders are aligned towards a common goal by meeting and receiving feedback on an ongoing basis. ****Education & Experience** Recommended** • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. • Typically has 5-7 years of work experience, preferably in software development, program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field. **Preferred Certifications**• Program Management Professional• Azure/AWS cloud certification**Knowledge & Skills** • Agile Methodology • Automation • Change Management • Computer Science • Continuous Improvement Process • JIRA• GitHub Enterprise • Kanban Principles • Milestones (Project Management) • New Product Development • Process Improvement • Product Management • Project Engineering • Project Management • Project Planning • Project Schedules • Risk Management • Scrum (Software Development) • Software Development • Sprint Planning• .NET core • C#• React• React Native• MS SQL Server**Cross-Org Skills** • Effective Communication • Results Orientation • Learning Agility • Digital Fluency • Customer Centricity **Impact & Scope** • Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. **Complexity** • Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. **Disclaimer** • This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
