**SUMMARY**:The Pricing Analyst acts as a partner with the SSC Pricing Analyst to provide pricing support for day-to-day pricing recommendations.The position is responsible for supporting pricing integrity (price accuracy).This role is directly responsible for using pre-set pricing philosophies to identify opportunities to keep DIY Pricing competitive with the market.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Regularly consult with DIY Pricing Analyst (PAs) on business needs and make pricing recommendations to maintain pricing philosophies that have been approved by the PA and CM.- Monitor and evaluate the day-to-day pricing activities across multiple merchandise categories.- Assist in identifying anomalies in pricing recommendations and opportunities for cross and family updates.- Assist with testing pricing initiatives outside of the standard philosophy.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Level of formal education: A bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.- Area of study: Finance, Programing languages, Data Analysis, or related field- Years of experience: 2-4 years- Type of experience: Practical experience analyzing data, metrics, and performance.- Technical Skills: Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools (Excel pivot tables, SQL queries) a plus.- Other/preferred: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross functionally to drive analysis-driven change; Bilingual English Spanish, able to have a fluent conversation.
