For this opportunity, you’ll support a design-build firm specializing in outdoor furnishings and landscaping construction projects, playing a key role in cost estimation, project coordination, and construction planning from design to installation.Why Work with Cresta💻 100% Remote (work from Colombia)🌞 Colombian holidays as flexible PTO🚀 Long-term growth and process ownership What You’ll DoInterpret architectural and landscape design plans for design-build construction projects.Perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates using PlanSwift and/or Bluebeam.Prepare detailed material and labor cost estimates for outdoor furnishing projects.Coordinate project schedules, material orders, and deliveries to meet timelines.Identify potential construction bottlenecks and propose proactive solutions.Maintain complete construction documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.Collaborate with design teams, field crews, suppliers, and clients to ensure project alignment.Improve internal workflows related to estimating, ordering, and project management systems. What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.2–5 years of experience in Construction Project Manager, Estimator, or Design-Build Coordinator.Strong background in estimating and quantity take-offs.Experience with outdoor furnishings, landscaping, or custom fabrication projects (plus).Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally.
