We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in supporting both day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives.How you'll spend your dayManaging employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administrationAdvising managers and employees on HR policies and employee relations mattersContributing to strategic HR initiatives including workforce planning and performance managementAssisting with HR projects, change management, and employee engagement activitiesYour experience and qualifications•Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field•3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a regulated environment•Strong knowledge ofemployment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems•Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills•Fluency in EnglishReports ToHR Senior Director LATAMAlready Working @TEVA?If you are a current Teva employee, please apply using the internal career site available on "Employee Central".
