**SYSTEM ENGINEERING LEAD - FUEL CONTROL MODULES**Location Tlaquepaque, MexicoFORVIA HELLA is a listed international automotive supplier.As a company of the FORVIA Group, FORVIA HELLA stands for high-performance lighting technology and vehicle electronics and, with the Lifecycle Solutions Business Group, also covers a broad service and product portfolio for the spare parts and workshop business as well as for manufacturers of special vehicles.With currently around 36,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of €8.1 billion in fiscal year ****.**YOUR TASKS**- Analyze customer/stakeholder requirements.- Define, create and coordinate technical specification based on stakeholders needs.- Coordinate cross-function requirements, measures.- Front-end direct with customers for technical topics.- Coordinating and monitoring realization of the system specifications- Clarifying and defining complex system requirements demanded on the system by the customers, standards suchas norms, statutes, safety requirements and by Hella.- Carry out tasks within the framework of the configuration management.- Defining system architectures.- System design that adheres to Automotive SPICE process.- Defining and planning risk management in the project for the overall product in terms of construction,hardware and software or of a system and its components.- Making decisions regarding technical and technological solutions for our products.- Provide mentorship and direction for the team of engineering professionals.- Participate in technical discussions with the project technical team.- Recording KPIs (metrics) for the respective working results and for the process quality.- Conduct assessment and manage requirements for Functional Safety (Technical Safety Concept)**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's degree in mechatronics or electrical engineering.- Experience professional in system design.- System engineering experience being customer technical interface.- Experience in requirements analysis and management tools.- Configuration and change management.- Strategically focused, impact oriented, highly organized, and adaptable.- Proactive & self-driven individual, results orientated with a growth attitude and strong dedication.Good communications and presentation skills, assertiveness, and the ability to take discussions and open issues to closure by working with local and global teams.- Customer interface experience.- Advanced English language skills.**Preferred Qualifications**- Engineering requirement management tools such as DOORS Next Generation, JAZZ Environment.**OUR OFFER**- Great career development opportunities.- Working in an international environment.- Fitness center- Flexible hybrid work model.- Granted profit sharing bonus.- Pension plan- Saving fund**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Alfonso ChaconPhone:
