Coordinate and support all activities necessary to maintain all equipment used in the product manufacturing process, within the required measurement standards, using verification and/or calibration methods if required**PROFESIONAL EDUCATION**- Electrical Engineer Bachelor degree or Mechatronics- Knowledge of Just in Time and distribution methods.- Knowledge of productionElectronic Manufacturing processes.- Knowledge in the measurement system (GR&R, CPK).- Able to implement Poka Yokes.- Knowledge of ISO **** and quality systems.- Knowledge and ability to use measurement equipment such as: Multimeter, Oscilloscope, DAQ's, vernier, micrometer, etc.)- Knowledge in corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery and test equipment..- Knowledge of pneumatic equipment such as: solenoid valves, pistons, maintenance units, etc.).**JOB RESPONSABILLITIES**- Keep test equipment safe for operation.(Guards, Emergency Stops, Sequence of operation, etc.).- Support to production teams- Execute preventive and corrective Maintenance programs and procedures.- Analyze Downtime and implement the corrective actions.- Hold inventory of critical spare parts as maximum and minimum.- Participate in continuous improvement meetings in the area (Kaizen).- Implement engineering changes (ECO's).- Attend quality meetings to determine root cause in case of customer rejections..- Track activities/projects in the area assigned by the Engineering Sup..- Perform designs for Manufacturing Assembly and Test.- Particípate on the Introduction of New Products.**JOB EXPERIENCE**- Ability to interpret electrical diagrams.- Ability to interpret ladder diagrams.- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.- Ability to use PC and Microsoft Office.- Strong experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.- Bilingüe (español-inglés) 70% - 80%.- Minimum 3 years of experience as Test Engineer.
