**Vacante para la empresa Green Concept en Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México**:Importante Empresa de Consultoría solicita:**Business Analyst Senior****Requisitos**Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería, Sistemas de Información de Gestión, o educación equivalente o experiência laboral.Con experiência en desarrollo de aplicaciones, que sea el nexo entre las necesidades del cliente y el equipo de TI para comunicar las necesidades y dar resultados.**Funciones a realizar**:Experiência en programar, conocimiento en lenguajes de programación, dar soporte e implementar soluciones relacionadas al Costumer Experience.Diseñar y participar en el desarrollo de proyectos de herramientas software y en el mantenimiento de las aplicaciones desarrolladas para uso interno y para clientes.Participar con el equipo en todas las fases de un proyecto de desarrollo de software: definición, diseño, construcción, mantenimiento y operación.Participar en el diseño de las soluciones de infraestructuras y comunicaciones afectadas por proyectos software.Velar porque los clientes tengan siempre la mejor experiência posible, construyendo con ellos relaciones transparentes como socios de negocio a largo plazo.**CONOCIMIENTOS**- Manejo en metodologías de desarrollo ágiles y gestión de proyectos - Scrum, PMP- Conocimientos avanzados de Excel y Bases de Datos SQL- Conocimiento del almacenamiento de datos y arquitectura web- Fuerte capacidad de liderazgo y habilidades interpersonales- Pensamiento analítico y crítico- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal- Conocimiento de herramientas de ticketing- Capacidad de utilizar sistemas de notación (BPMN) y de modelización (UML)Ofrecemos:Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a 6:00 (100% presencial)Sueldo: $35,000 a $45,000 brutos mensuales (PL)Zona: Santa Fe**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Tecnología / Internet**Industria**:Consultoría, asesoría y servicios empresariales**Habilidades**:- enfoque a resultados- organizado- buena comunicación
