Mexico City, Mexico- Tech Hiring- *********Job Description**:**SAP FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT****Hybrid in Mexico City or Guadalajara**Must have minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP PP & QM with atleast 5 years in implementation projects with expertise in Configuration of Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) strategies.- Must have thorough understanding of discrete and continuous manufacturing processes, capacity planning, material requirements planning, Stock requirement list, production order execution, shop floor controls.- MUST have good experience working with Sales and Production plans, Long term planning, demand management, MRP (material requirements planning) Capacity Planning, Production Orders and KANBAN.- Should have good working knowledge on Variant configuration, various material types including KMAT for variant configuration scenarios, defined Class for required variants with pricing, defined object dependencies (OD) and maintained Super BOM and Super Routing and work centres.- Able to configure and create Master Data including Routing, Bills of material, and Production resources/tools- MUST have strong knowledge of Quality Management processes and techniques - Planning, Notifications, Inspection & recording.- MUST have thorough understanding of QM Master Data, integration with PP, Inspection Methods, Sampling, Inspection Plan, Quality Info Records, Usage Decision, Quality Notification, Lot Inspection, Listing Inspection Lot, In-Process Inspection, Final Inspection, Result Recording, Defects Recording & RICEF development- Prefer consultants with domain experience in Production, Quality and supply chain background- Ability to write highly detailed functional specifications for outputs, interfaces and custom functionalities- Good analytical, communication skills, documentation skills, open communicator, with a strong customer focus"Wipro offers: Benefits above law, full payroll, constant training, and growth opportunity.Wipro is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and makes all employment and employment-related decisions without regard to a person's race, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by applicable law.- SAP PP - Production PlanningWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, caste, creed, religion, gender, marital status, age, ethnic and national origin, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, political orientation, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
