This is a unique opportunity to build a product from the ground up, transforming a new, high-growth business unit (organizing street vendors to sell e-commerce products) into a scalable, technology-driven powerhouse.Reporting directly to the VP of Product, your mission will be twofold: (1) Productize the current operational processes to meet immediate business needs, and (2) Innovate by leveraging cutting-edge AI to discover and generate new revenue streams and value for the company and our operators.The ideal candidate is a proactive builder who thrives in ambiguity, has a deep technical understanding of AI, and is skilled at translating complex, messy operational needs into clean, intuitive mobile applications and intelligent systems.Who you areAn Ambitious and Entrepreneurial Builder: You thrive in ambiguity and are eager to take ownership of a product from the ground up, with the unique goal of transforming a high-growth operational model (organizing street vendors) into a scalable, technology-driven business unit.A Technically Proficient Innovator: You possess a deep understanding of AI and cutting-edge technology, ready to leverage it for innovation, discover new revenue streams, and generate significant value for the company and its operators.A Product-Focused Translator: You excel at translating complex, messy operational processes into clean, intuitive, and scalable mobile applications and intelligent systems to meet immediate and long-term business needs.A Strategic Proactive Leader: Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you are proactive, focused on productizing current operations, and possess the drive to lead and shape a new, critical area of the business.What you will doOwn the strategy to transform gig-worker productivity through AI-driven fulfillment optimization.Lead the design and rollout of algorithmic systems that cut idle time and boost income per hour.Partner with Operations and Data Science to turn operational complexity into scalable, data-driven models.Define metrics, ROI, and success frameworks across multiple markets.Drive adoption and operational change across 6+ countries.The skills and experience you will bringMandatory: Proven experience in last-mile logistics, gig-economy, or fulfillment operations5+ years in Product Management or Strategy with strong analytical and execution skills.Track record of building AI/ML or optimization-based products that drive measurable efficiency.Excellent cross-functional leadership—comfortable driving adoption across diverse teams.Fluent in English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
