Content Project ManagerWe are seeking a highly organized Content Project Manager to oversee our SEO content, manage production for writers, editors, designers, and developers, and guide each piece from initial planning through final review.This role works closely with the CEO and Marketing Manager to adjust monthly strategy, track industry shifts, and keep content moving smoothly across multiple client accounts.Key Responsibilities:- Manage all client communications including follow-up emails- Manage client edits- Make or delegate edits as appropriate- Ensure edits are completed and meet client expectations- Manage forward movement of all pending tasks, including client communication- Manage written content production- Assign automated assignments correctly and up-to-date, and assign non-automated assignments appropriately- Review all designs and web projects- Provide samples and notes on what not to do as needed- Quality-check content after editorial review and make or request adjustments needed to meet required standards and align with strategy, voice, and client needs before the CEO's final content reviewRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Previous management experience of at least 5 years- Experience managing content workflows, writers, or editorial processes- Strong English grammar and writing skills with the ability to think critically about content quality- Confident working on the backend of popular platforms- Skilled in productivity tools and familiar with industry-specific software- Excellent task and time management skills- Comfortable coordinating across multiple clients, topics, and industriesThe Ideal Candidate:- 5 years of experience in content management, SEO, or editorial operations- Strong attention to detail- Highly proficient in English and grammar- Excellent communication skills- Able to work independently, stay responsive, and handle a steady workloadInterview Process:If selected to move forward, the first step will be a short video recording submitted through Loom.In this video, you will walk through how you approach your work—specifically how you manage content projects, organize priorities, and decide what needs attention first.Additional steps may follow depending on the role fit.
