**Who are we looking for?**Planning analysts gather data and create statistical models that help organizations improve their financial investments and avoid inefficiencies.Planning analysts look for business and marketing strategies that increase company profits while reducing costs and developing marketing and financial strategy to increase company profits and boost sales.They study and analyze various business data.Someone who collaborate with the whole team to implement financial and marketing plans, write reports outlining various business strategies, and design detailed plans to enforce them.Planning analysts create economic forecasts and sales projections based on new and current business data and need a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related fields of study.**Technical Skills**:- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.- 2+ years of experience in a planning analyst role- Strong understanding of financial analysis and forecasting- Excellent problem-solving skills- High level of attention to detail**Process Skills**:- Identify processes for improvement, documents existing processes, identifies and analyzes gaps betweencurrent processes and the desired state, design new process.- Manage of SAP-POWER BI-EXCEL- tableu**Behavioral Skills**:- Professional demeanor, initiative to work independently, but also ability to accept and follow instructions.- Ability to read and write documents in English is a must.- Ability to fluently communicate in English is a big plus.- Work closely with internal teams to identify system requirements.**Certification**:- 2+ years of experience in a planning analyst role- Graduate Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.**Salary**: $22,****** - $24,****** per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- SAP-POWER BI-EXCEL- tableu: 1 year (preferred)- Planning analyst: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Work Location: In person
