Job Title: Business Analyst (POS, Kiosks & Checkout)Experience: 2–4 yearsLocation: Mexico City (Onsite)Engagement Type: Full-timeStart Date: ASAP (February preferred)Job SummaryWe are seeking 3 Business Analysts (BAs) with 2–4 years of experience, based in Mexico City, to support business analysis activities for core retail products: POS Móvil, Kiosks, and Checkout systems.These BAs will join at client and work closely with product owners, technology teams, and external BAs.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirementsCreate user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specificationsWork closely with product, development, QA, and operations teamsSupport system testing, UAT, and validation activitiesMaintain requirement traceability, process flows, and documentationCoordinate with external BAs during transition and provide functional supportEnsure smooth knowledge transfer and continuity of operationsRequired Skills & Qualifications2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar roleExperience with retail systems, POS, checkout, or kiosk platforms (preferred)Hands‑on experience in Agile / Scrum delivery modelsStrong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate business needs into clear functional requirementsAnalytical and problem‑solving mindsetFluent in Spanish; working proficiency in EnglishMust be based in Mexico City and available for inshore collaborationExperience in omnichannel retail environmentsKnowledge of payment flows or payment gateway integrationsFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar toolsExperience working with large corporate retail IT teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
