**Employment Status**:Full-Time**Location**:This position is located in Leon, GTO, Mexico**Schedule**:Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)**Reports To**: Head of Sourcing and Supply ChainGymreapers is growing and we've created a new Product Development and Commercialization Analyst position in our Leon, GTO, Mexico location.You should be capable of executing the design and development of products based on creative direction, product brief, and line plan.This role will work closely with the CEO/Founder and Product Team to create consistent storytelling across the brand.This role will also collaborate cross-functionally with Graphic Design, Product Development, Sourcing, and Merchandising on a complete product strategy to meet financial targets.This person should be fluent in English and Spanish in order to provide effective communication of the business needs.**About Gymreapers**:At Gymreapers, we make gear with a purpose and focus on material integrity.You get high-quality lifting gear that's made to outlast cheap look-a-likes.We're reengineering people's workouts and improving the support needed to lift better, longer, and stronger.Improve performance, relieve pain, and add stability to your workout program with premium lifting belts, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, and more.With our mantra, "NOTHING IS GIVEN," we embody a relentless pursuit of excellence, innovation, and community-building.**Our Core Values**:- Grow or Die- Customer Obsession- Extreme Ownership- Nothing is Given // Everything is Earned- Be Humble- 1% Better Everyday- Live with Integrity- Sacrifice**Key Responsibilities**:- Takes the lead in assisting in the design and development of innovative, seasonal, replenishment, and special event lines.- Manage the execution of styles from concept to launch.- Responsible for the day-to-day design and development of operational tasks to deliver the goals and objectives for overall alignment with the company vision.- Independently plan and organize allocated workload ensuring all tech-packs are of the highest standard and can be accurately translated by the co-man (co-manufacturer) into the best quality.- Coordinate daily communication with all suppliers and/or co-mans, inspect key health and safety aspects of the supplier Manual and more.- Expertly create, when needed, Tech Packs and BOM's with high level of accuracy and attention to detail- Assist in both assessing and appraising each co-man on a regular basis and relaying any applicable information back to Gymreapers leadership team for review.- Collaborate with the Brand team on new fabric, trim and logo developments.- Work closely with the Brand team and CEO to deliver quality products, against target margins while maintaining design aesthetics.- Identify styles that require wear testing, and execute accordingly.- Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sourcing, Design and Product Development teams to create a smooth transition between initial concepts and final products.- Must have a consumer-focused mindset with an understanding of needs and ability to translate into product design.- Assist in creating quality control standards for each product as well as evaluating all products to be high-quality and confirm they are to company standards and brand values.- Work to create and balance identity rules with creative opportunities in order to elevate the brand through visual storytelling.- Provide unique insight into relevant market trends with a point of view on the commercial viability of styles with a consumer-focused mindset.- Work cross-functionally across all teams and departments and maintain a professional and positive attitude with both internal and external clients.- Coordinate and supervise sample development.- When necessary, provide clear communication and feedback between factories and product development teams.Specifically, where English/Spanish language barriers exist.- Responsible for working with the factories and providing the target timing to hit requested delivery dates.- Responsible for the commercialization process including technical review, customs classification system & fitting review prior to pre-production.- Responsible for ensuring proper packaging, product labels following Gymreapers guidelines.- Manage physical & chemical testing (RSL) with the factories through third party labs to comply with Gymreapers standards.- Understand U.S.A. and Latin American duty systems to make sure when a new development is made this has been considered.- Review finesse assessment from development team to address corrections and improvements needed.- Keep updated sourcing roster to provide clarity of options to source new products.- Partner with the Product Creation team to ensure new developments are aligned with the factory capabilities and capacities.- Keep updated the product tracker to show sample status, costing, MOQ.throughout the development/re
