Partner Solutions Engineer – AdyenAdyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft — making us the financial technology platform of choice.For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers.We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team, delivering innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.Partner Solutions EngineerAdyen is looking for a Partner Solutions Engineer with a hands-on track record of working with technologies like APIs and front-end development.The role focuses on ensuring our partners can successfully leverage the full potential of the Adyen platform for their customers through expert technical guidance, problem solving, product roadmap alignment, and architectural recommendations.As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you will be a subject matter expert in Adyen's product offerings down to the API level, serving as the primary long-term technical counterpart for our partners' engineering and product management teams.Your goal is to ensure partners architect and implement solutions that deliver the best of Adyen, driving mutual success and innovation.This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder management skills to influence both partner implementations and Adyen's internal product development.What you'll do:Utilize software development and programming expertise to help partners create robust, scalable solutions that deliver Adyen's products to their customers quickly and at high quality.Act as the long-term, trusted technical contact for partners' engineering and product teams, guiding them on Adyen's platform capabilities and integration best practices.Provide ongoing support for technical inquiries, hands-on assistance during implementation, and lead troubleshooting efforts to ensure timely delivery of solutions.Develop a comprehensive understanding of Adyen's and key partners' product roadmaps, providing strategic architectural recommendations to ensure optimal integration and value creation.Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering stakeholders, advocating for partner needs and influencing Adyen's roadmap to enhance scalability and supportability.Who you are:8+ years experience integrating and/or providing technical consultation when integrating with Web APIs or complex systems.Availability to work 3 days in person on Paseo de La Reforma (Mexico City).Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies, understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDKs, etc.), and a strong desire to continuously improve technical acumen.Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading technical discussions and building rapport with engineering leaders and product managers.Ability to establish and maintain long-term technical relationships with partners.Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage technical stakeholders effectively, influence internal roadmaps, and collaborate with the right people to make decisions.Growth mindset with a bias toward action and strategic thinking.This role is based out of our Mexico City office.We are an office-first company and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentsOur unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.We welcome you to be your true self at Adyen.Adyen encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply.We look forward to your applicationWhat's next?We aim to get back to you regarding your application within 5 business days.Our interview process typically takes about 4 weeks to complete, but may fluctuate depending on the role.Adyen is an equal-opportunity employer.We do not discriminate based on race, color, ethnicity, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
