To enable our clients to focus on what matters most, we employ a customer‑centric, hard‑working, and talented group of people that Act Like an Owner, Do the Right Thing, and Have Fun Doing It Key Responsibilities Lead ServiceNow roadmap development and help define governance for platform usage. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategies. Create and maintain architectural diagrams, data models, and integration blueprints. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and admins on best practices. Evaluate new features, plugins, and integrations and make recommendations for adoption. Ensure platform security, compliance, performance, and scalability through proper design. Oversee complex integrations with third‑party systems using APIs, MID servers, and IntegrationHub. Lead design review sessions and ensure development aligns with architectural standards. Manage upgrades and ensure backward compatibility of customizations and integrations. Collaborate with ServiceNow product managers, business analysts, and enterprise architects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred). 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years as an Architect. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.). Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes. Experience designing and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, CMDB, Monitoring Tools, HR Systems). Deep knowledge of platform architecture, MID servers, ACLs, and service portal design. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA). Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies. Exposure to AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow (e.g., Predictive Intelligence). Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
