**Location**:_Avenida Multiparque, No. ****, Desarrollo industrial CPA Business Center ADN, Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León, C.P. *****_**OVERVIEW**:Working as Fastenal Mexico's Trade Compliance Specialist you will be a strategic link between Fastenal's Sales Teams & Customs Broker.Your main responsibility will be leading and collaborating with the groups supporting store and customs compliance needs relative to regulatory and/or customer demands.This individual will report to the Mexico Trade Compliance team while helping continue research, create solutions, and enforce compliance throughout Mexico.Some key areas supported by this team include: Trade Compliance, Product Compliance, Supply Chain, Operations & Logistics Teams.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:Development & trainingof the Mexico Trade Compliance team- Enforcing company policywith regards to Customs & Compliance.- Maintain regular communication with Sales, Operations & Brokers teams.- Work with Brokers to provide the USMCA certificate applicable for the importations.- Contact with vendors in the US, Canada, Mexico, and other locations to get the FTA.- Knowledge in USMCA agreement and rules.- Achieve goals established for the department.- Classification experience and Duties.- Knowledge in NOMS and other RRNA's- Database management excel advanced.- Problem-solving and project managementUsing Power BI, HTS tool, Smartsheet, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite regularly.**REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:- Possess a current full valid driver's license- Possess at least 1 year of compliance work experience OR relevant field of study- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English & Spanish)- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & Smartsheet- Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.- Operations knowledge modality ocean, air, and ground shipments.- Demonstrate our core values ofTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,****** - $20,****** al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Uniformes gratuitos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono mensualLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
