At Panduit, Our People Make the Difference.We're looking for individuals who share our passion for innovation, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability.Develop pricing quotes that result in revenue maximization for Panduit.Provide timely, effective response.Meet the needs and specifications of the Corporate consultants regarding pricing, make changes and corrections corresponding to expired pricing requests or those no longer in effect, as well as reaching agreements with consultants relating to discounts on prices offered.Develop pricing quotes that result in revenue maximization for Panduit.Provide timely, effective response.Meet the needs and specifications of the Corporate consultants regarding pricing, make changes and corrections corresponding to expired pricing requests or those no longer in effect, as well as reaching agreements with consultants relating to discounts on prices offered.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:- Approve requests based on Pricing Department guidelines and escalate when necessary- Review and process Renewal requests and provide increase recommendations as noted in the business objects renewal report- Review and process SPA relationship (Links) requestsProvide backup in the following areas as needed:- Accounts Receivable color add requests- Oracle data entry- Renewal database ticket loggingEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- Required Degree: High School Diploma- Preferred Degree: Bachelor Degree**Experience**:- 1-2 year of experience is required in similar areas.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:- Numerical skills: Provide a clear and precise response as well as easily detecting errors in pricing and submitting proposals that are profitable.- Strong Process improvement skills.- Strong communication skills.- Lean certification 1 or above- Work under pressure: Give priority to urgent tasks, and meet the metrics assigned by SBS Management and Pricing Department.- Negotiating: Agreements with sales team regarding the discounts offered.- Teamwork: Achieving the goals established by Corporate and SBS Management and Pricing Department.- Training on Panduit ´s parts catalog and Panduit process exceptions is required in order to reach an acceptable level of productivity.- Advance English skills (spoken/written).- Software Skills: Basic experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows is required.Intermediate Excel is desired.Work ShiftDay (Mexico)
