Job DescriptionPlant Manager | Precision Manufacturing | Nogales, MXThis is a strategic role at the core of the client's North American growth strategy, offering a rare opportunity to drive significant change, automation, and operational excellence within a technology-driven, globally connected organization.Strategic Growth Platform : Lead a high-visibility operation that is a cornerstone of the company's international footprint and expansion in the Americas.Engineering Excellence : Work with highly engineered solenoid valves, pumps, and components used by the world's top Appliance, Beverage, and Industrial OEMs.Impact & Ownership : Full operational and P&L responsibility for all aspects of plant performance—from Safety and Quality to Production Transfers, Automation, and Process Industrialization.Investment-Driven Culture : Join a company committed to continuous improvement, Lean practices, and long-term investment in its Mexican operations and technology (including a planned SAP implementation).Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Operational Performance : Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring production goals and quality standards (ISO/IATF) are consistently exceeded.Spearhead Continuous Improvement : Implement and champion a culture of Lean Manufacturing, cost optimization, and waste reduction.Manage Growth : Successfully lead production transfers, operational ramp-ups, and key capital expenditure projects.Mentor and Develop : Oversee and mentor department leaders (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics), fostering a high-performance, engaged workforce (100+ employees). #J-18808-Ljbffr
